Distinguished Graduate Award
Your involvement with the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship can be formally recognised on your academic transcript through the University’s Co-curricular Recognition Programme.
Join the Velocity team!
Velocity provides leadership opportunities for the student volunteers who run the programme. Many industries recognise committee members as some of the University’s most driven and high-achieving talent. Every year, around 30 people become a part of the Velocity Leadership Team – we grow these students into world leaders who solve problems, take initiative, and create value.
Applications to join the team occur in September and October each year.
Start-up Interns
University of Auckland students are invited to gain hands-on experience in a start-up through the Start-up Interns programme. Lend your skills to an early-stage venture and learn new skills, geared to accelerate your future.
Summer Lab
No matter what you’re studying and what you go on to do, you’ll need innovative skills and an entrepreneurial mindset to prepare you for this new world of work. Make the most of your summer and start something wonderful.
Vanguard programme
Each year in September, a cohort travels to Silicon Valley for a one-week study tour.
