The Maker Space has a Roland GS-24 vinyl cutter that you can use to make decals, labels and stickers.
What is a vinyl cutter?
A vinyl cutter is a computer-controlled printer that uses a blade instead of ink to cut material such as vinyl into any 2D shape.
What can you do with it?
The vinyl cutter can be used to cut shapes in adhesive vinyl to create decals, labels and stickers for a variety of projects.
Ready to get started?
To use the vinyl cutter for your own project, you’ll first need to gain access to the Maker Space by signing up, and then you’ll need to book an equipment training session.
To help you create whatever you imagine, download our quick reference user guide; and for hands-on guidance, you can attend one of our regular workshops. We also have trained creative technologists onsite to lend a hand.
